HC Series Controls and Accessories


NOTE: A DCCP or HC-CP-1 Control must be specified and purchased separately for installation with any HC Series Steam Generator.

 

Digital Command Center can be installed in the facility manager’s office or another remote location for convenient programming and adjustments.
User Bypass Control installed outside steamroom allows user to change settings within your programmed temperature range.

Digital Commercial Control Package – Model # DCCP, Product #68009

Package includes:

  • Digital Command Center with 50′ cable
  • One User Bypass Control with 50′ cable
  • One Room Sensor with 50′ cable
  • One Control Module attached to the generator with 12-volt power supply, two relays for aroma therapy pumps
  • One Steam Solenoid pre-assembled to the steam generator.
  • One 3199 Steamhead with integrated “well” on top, allowing the user to introduce Aromatherapy Oils into the steambath

 

Digital Command Center Features

  • Allows programming of steam room settings from up to 100′ distance from generator.
  • Idle setback feature allows efficient tailoring of operation for off-peak hours.
  • Each day of the week can be programmed individually.
  • Programs maximum temperatures and energy-saving “idle” temperature.
  • Can program two steam rooms with one generator (SRP “Second Room Package” required for second room, sold separately).

 

Commercial Aroma Pump
For use with HC Series Steam Generators and Digital Commercial Control. Adds aromatherapy oils directly into steam line. 120 volt. Includes pump, 6-foot, ¼” suction and discharge hoses, one injection valve, one filter. Model Number HC-CAP, Product Number 68011.

ASME Code Blow down Tank
Permits draining of hot boiler water into the tank for cooling before it are dumped into drainage system. Allows the HC blow down system to comply with codes that prohibit the discharge of water exceeding 140°F. Product Number 68007
